Dogs are not permitted in our condos. However, you may have a maximum of two cats.
All our buildings are non-smoking, both in the flats and on the balconies.
Yes, we carry out a full pre-letting check (credit, TAL, references of current owners, etc.).
A $50 deposit is required to reserve the unit and proceed with the credit check. When your file is accepted, we ask for a $200 security deposit. Both amounts will be returned to you at the end of your lease. The security deposit will serve as a guarantee (keeping the premises in good condition) for the entire duration of your lease.
